These terms govern the rules for the sale of water filters, cooling, and heating equipment, as well as the provision of related services through the lazour.am website. By using the site and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

  1. Pricing and Payment Terms

Prices for all goods and services presented on the website are listed in Armenian Drams (including taxes). Lazour.am reserves the right to change prices at any time. Payments can be made online via bank cards, as well as upon delivery in cash or via a POS terminal.

  1. Delivery Policy

We deliver throughout the territory of the Republic of Armenia. Delivery costs and timeframes are calculated during the checkout process, depending on the delivery address and order volume.

  1. Cancellation and Return Policy
  • Cancellation: The buyer has the right to cancel the order before it enters the delivery stage by contacting us using the provided contact details.
  • Return: In accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia, you can return or exchange goods of proper quality within 14 days if they have not been used, and their marketable condition, consumer properties, seals, factory labels, and the receipt confirming the purchase are preserved. Installed or used filters and equipment cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect.

We strictly protect your privacy. The personal data you provide (name, surname, phone number, email, delivery address) is processed and used exclusively for order processing, delivery execution, and customer support. We do not share your personal data with third parties, except in cases provided by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia and with delivery partners. Bank card details are entered directly on the secure page of the payment system and are not accessible to us.
